Warranty Terms and Conditions
DIGILION warrants our products against defects in material and workmanship for the length of the warranty period which begins to run on the documented date of purchase. If this product proves to be defective within the warranty period, contact DIGILION or our distributor for information on how to have your product repaired or replaced. This warranty is only valid in the country in which the product was purchased.
Taiwan warranty policy goes as follows:
Our warranty period begins from the date of purchase and register in DIGILION website to 12 months.
General warranty replacement.
Within warranty period, free brand new products will be replaced after receipt of your defect items. Please note that returning shipping cost is at your charge.
The products might be damaged during transportation, please ensure the package with care. The maintenance sheet with RMA number provided by our customer support team must be attached.
Products purchased within 7 days.
You are able to return or replace any product to your original purchase store with a receipt and full package within 7 days purchasing.
For any warranty service outside Taiwan, please kindly contact our local distributors directly.
The following conditions are not covered by warranty ; DIGILION have right to charge maintenance fee.
1. Damage to products caused by act of God, improper operation, accident, abuse, neglect, misuse (including faulty installment, repair, or maintenance by anyone other than DIGILION Inc. and our distributors).
2. Failed to register or unable to provide warranty serial number.
3. Products are not purchased from DIGILION or our distributions.
4. The returning product without having our RMA numbers provided by DIGILION.
